Monday, April 14, 2014. Straps hold our rear seat backs in the upright position. The straps have a spring clasp which slides under the luggage clamp. The straps are fixed to the seat back under the carpet. They are 12 inches long to allow for adjustment. Latch is the same style as Convertible D side pockets. Fastening hardware is same as used on interior door panels.
